Ingredients:
2 cups coconut milk
3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 drop Turmeric essential oil
1 drop Cinnamon Bark essential oil
1 drop Ginger essential oil
Pinch of Nutmeg
pinch of black pepper
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat, whisking constantly until hot, but not boiling.
Add all the ingredients, except sprinkle of cinnamon. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Whisk/froth and adjust amount of honey to your preference.
Pour into mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon.
